QC is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. We adhere to strict data protection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy. QC will only use the information obtained from third-party platforms for the purposes of account creation, service delivery, and improving user experience.
While QC takes reasonable measures to protect your account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party account credentials.

Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned to third parties. Any attempt to transfer or sell an account is void.
QC owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the content it provides, including but not limited to games, text, graphics, audio, video, and other materials. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, sell, or exploit QC's content without prior written consent.
If you upload, submit, or share any content on our platform, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so. QC reserves the right to remove or edit any user-generated content that violates these ToS.
All virtual goods available in QC games are priced in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments must be made through authorized payment channels designated by QC.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment information and for making timely payments through the authorized payment channels.

QC reserves the right to adjust the prices of virtual goods as needed and will notify users in advance via in-game announcements.

QC provides its services on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. QC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Virtual goods are designed solely to enhance the gaming experience and have no real-world value.
QC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice, especially if you violate these ToS.
If you wish to close your account, please contact juyaoyouxi@outlook.com. Once closed, you will lose access to all associated content and virtual goods.
These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any disputes arising from these ToS shall be resolved by the courts of Hong Kong.
QC may update these ToS periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised ToS.
